Enrollment Information

Child must be 3 or 4 by August 31st.
Cooper is a FREE/Must Qualify Preschool

To apply : Online Registration

During Open Enrollment

Step 1: Complete Online Registration
Apply through the New Family Online Registration Portal as soon as possible. Enrollment is based on priority guidelines, then first-come, first-served.

Required Documents:

  • Birth Certificate (or copy)
  • Immunization Records
  • Kansas Health Assessment
  • Proof of Residence
  • Proof of Income
     

📝 After starting your application, note the application number in the top right corner. This will help staff locate your application if you have questions.

 

Step 2: Eligibility Review

  • If your child qualifies for a Cooper program, you will be scheduled for Pre-K enrollment with our grant manager and family consultants.
     
  • If your child does not qualify, you will be notified.
     

Step 3: Final Enrollment & Placement
Once all paperwork is complete, you will receive a letter by mail confirming your child’s classroom placement along with additional Cooper-specific information.
